Yes. You fill in the online builder yourself, with no card and no subscription, and send the link to your guests. You can move to the kit or the custom version later.
What is in the €2.99 kit?
The FR/EN welcome guidebook, its Word and PDF version, guest messages ready to copy, cleaning checklists and a profit sheet. Paid once, for all your properties, 14-day money-back guarantee.
How is the custom version different from the kit?
The kit is a template you fill in yourself. With the custom version, I write the guidebook for you from your listing, in your colours, with the sections and options you chose.
How do my guests open it?
With a link or a QR code, on their phone, no app needed. It switches between English and French in one tap.
I have several properties
