Everything you need to know before you start.

How does ordering a custom website work?

After you order, I email you a simple brief. You send me your text, logo, photos and useful links. I create a first version, make the included revisions, then put your website online.

Are the domain and hosting included?

Hosting, yes: the first year is included, with a fast and secure website (https). After that, you choose Essential at €20 a year (hosting only) or Peace of Mind at €49 a year (updates included). The domain name stays in your name.

How many revisions are included?

Landing Page: 1 round of revisions. Showcase Website: 2 rounds. Business Website: 3 rounds. To keep things efficient, please group your change requests at each stage.

What do I need to provide to get started?

After your purchase, just fill in the brief: business, goal, logo, colours, text, photos, contact details and useful links. The lead time starts once I receive a complete brief.

Is the AI agent included in the Business Website?

Yes. I install the AI agent on your website and guidebook: it answers guests’ questions in their language, at any hour, using only your information. Setup and the first year are included, then €4.90 a month if you keep it. With the Landing Page or the Showcase Website, it can be added for €29, then €4.90 a month. See the AI agent

What does the social media bonus include?

With the Business Website, I set up your Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages: name, profile picture, banner in your colours, description and a link to your website. You keep full ownership.
